Summary
This study tracks 120 young adults (women under 40, men under 50) with early-onset colorectal cancer to see how chemotherapy and radiation affect their hormone levels, sexual health, and ability to have children. Researchers will measure changes in key hormones over time. The goal is to better understand these side effects, not to test a new treatment.
