This trial tests whether a procedure called renal denervation can safely lower blood pressure in people with chronic kidney disease (stage 3) whose hypertension is not controlled by medication. The procedure uses ultrasound energy to calm overactive nerves in the kidney that may contribute to high blood pressure. Half of the 20 participants will receive the real procedure, while the other half will undergo a sham (fake) procedure to compare effects.
