Can a phone app get you moving? new study tests remote workouts for heart risk

Summary

This study looks at whether remote exercise programs (using a smartphone app, live video classes, or in-person sessions) can help people at risk for heart disease become more active. About 30 adults over age 45 who are not currently meeting exercise guidelines will take part. The goal is to see which approach works best and is easiest to stick with.
