Heart health study tests remote workouts for At-Risk adults

Summary

This study tests whether remote exercise programs (using a smartphone app, live virtual classes, or in-person sessions) can help adults over 45 who are at risk for heart disease become more active. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four exercise groups for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which approach is most acceptable and effective at improving fitness and reducing heart disease risk.
