Summary
This study will test whether using a continuous glucose monitor (isCGM) helps more people with type 2 diabetes achieve remission compared to standard finger-stick testing. Both groups will follow a low-calorie meal replacement plan and receive diabetes education. The trial aims to enroll 176 adults and will track remission rates after 18-30 weeks.
