NCT ID NCT07459322

First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study will compare two sedative drugs, Remimazolam and Dexmedetomidine, in 60 adults undergoing Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE) for obstructive sleep apnea. The goal is to see which drug provides more stable sedation with fewer side effects like low heart rate or low blood pressure. Researchers will also use artificial intelligence to analyze sleep study data to better predict where airway blockages occur, helping doctors choose the best treatment.
