This study looks at whether the experimental drug remibrutinib can reduce inflammation in the brain and spinal cord of people with relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants, aged 40 to 70, will have PET scans, MRIs, and blood and spinal fluid samples taken before and six months after treatment. The goal is to see if remibrutinib changes immune activity compared with the standard drug ocrelizumab, and whether these changes can be measured to predict disease progression.
