Empty bladder may ease prostate radiation side effects

Summary
This study looks at whether having an empty bladder before CT simulation for prostate cancer radiation therapy leads to fewer urinary problems compared to the usual full bladder. About 168 men with prostate cancer will be randomly assigned to either empty or full bladder preparation. The goal is to see if emptying the bladder makes treatment more comfortable and easier to repeat each day.
