Simple muscle relaxation eases student stress and anxiety
NCT ID NCT07038109
Summary
This study tested whether a simple relaxation technique could help nursing students feel less depressed, anxious, and stressed. Researchers divided 104 nursing students into two groups: one group practiced progressive muscle relaxation exercises for four weeks, while the other did not. They measured changes in the students' mental health, outlook on the future, and overall well-being before and after the program.
