First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two easy relaxation methods—Laura Mitchell's technique and Benson's relaxation response—in 38 adults aged 40–60 with moderate to severe COPD. Participants will practice one of the techniques for 15–20 minutes daily over 6 weeks. The goal is to see which method better reduces anxiety, improves sleep quality, and eases fatigue.
