Summary

This study looks at whether adding breathing exercises and muscle relaxation to standard care can help people who have had heart surgery. It aims to reduce shortness of breath, anxiety, and confusion, and improve vital signs. The study will involve 116 adults and compare those who do the extra exercises with those who get usual care only.
