Summary
This study tests whether taking 1 ml of reishi mushroom extract daily before bed can improve sleep quality and reduce stress. About 100 adults who can read English and live in the US will participate. The study measures sleep, fatigue, and stress using questionnaires. It is not a cure or treatment for any disease.
