Summary
This study tests a 20-session exercise program for adults who had dengue or chikungunya in the last five years. The goal is to see if supervised aerobic, anaerobic, and breathing exercises can improve muscle strength, reduce fatigue, and help with balance. 54 participants will be enrolled, and results may guide future rehab strategies.
