New study aims to break cycle of war trauma in refugee families

Summary
This study tests a program for refugee families living in the U.S. It combines family group sessions with virtual teen mentoring to help reduce emotional and behavioral problems like PTSD, depression, and anxiety in teens. About 308 teens and their parents will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves symptoms compared to usual care.
