NCT ID NCT07295626
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at whether reflexology (a type of foot massage) can reduce pain, improve sleep, and stabilize vital signs in people who have had a stroke. Seventy adults were split into two groups: one received 12 reflexology sessions over six weeks plus usual care, the other received usual care alone. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free approach could help with common post-stroke problems like shoulder pain and poor sleep.
