Summary
This study tests whether adding foot reflexology to standard physical therapy can reduce pain and improve sleep in women with fibromyalgia. Sixty women aged 18–65 will receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus foot reflexology twice a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure pain sensitivity, sleep quality, and overall symptom impact before and after treatment.
