Marines' sleep program aims to lower suicide risk

Summary
This study tests whether a sleep health program can help U.S. Marines sleep better and feel mentally healthier. About 860 Marines will be randomly assigned to one of five groups to receive different versions of the program. Researchers will use surveys and wearable sleep trackers to measure changes in sleep quality, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts.
