Summary

This study tests whether using opioid-free anesthesia during mastectomy can lower the chance of long-term breast pain. Researchers will compare two groups of 230 breast cancer patients: one receiving opioid-free anesthesia and the other receiving standard opioid-based anesthesia. Pain and psychological factors will be tracked for one year after surgery.
