NCT ID NCT06001385
First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether a lower dose of the drug cyclophosphamide, given after a stem cell transplant from a partially matched donor, can reduce serious infections while still preventing graft-versus-host disease (a condition where donor cells attack the patient's body). About 313 adults with various blood cancers will take part. The goal is to improve recovery and survival after transplant.
