Summary
This study tested a treatment for advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. It used a lower dose of chemotherapy followed by infusion of the patient's own immune cells (lifileucel) grown from their tumor. The goal was to see if this approach is safe and how the immune system responds. 11 people took part in this phase 2 trial.
