Summary
This study tests whether adding a short course of radiation to a mix of immunotherapy (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab), a targeted drug (regorafenib), and chemotherapy (CAPOX) can better shrink advanced rectal cancer before surgery. About 88 adults with a specific type of rectal cancer will be randomly assigned to one of two treatment schedules. The goal is to see which approach leads to more complete tumor disappearance.
