Summary
This study aims to better understand how rectal cancer patients respond to standard chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Researchers will analyze participants' blood, tissue samples, and medical scans to learn how cancers change during treatment. The goal is to find patterns that might help predict whether a person's cancer will improve, worsen, or stay the same after therapy.
