First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at 300 people with rectal cancer who are getting immunotherapy. Researchers want to see if special MRI scans and blood tests can tell the difference between real tumor growth and a harmless temporary reaction called pseudoprogression. The goal is to avoid stopping a treatment that is actually working.
