First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested different recruitment messages to see what motivates nurses and nursing assistants from other EU countries to consider working in Denmark. Over 110,000 people were randomly assigned to receive a behaviorally informed message, a simple message, or no message at all. Researchers then tracked who engaged by clicking links or responding. The goal is to learn how to better attract international healthcare workers.
