Summary
This study tested whether the antiviral drug Paxlovid can help people with Long COVID by clearing leftover virus or calming an overactive immune system. Nearly 1,000 adults took either Paxlovid or a placebo for different lengths of time. Researchers tracked improvements in thinking, dizziness, and energy levels over 90 days.
