First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at two standard treatments for high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread: robot-assisted surgery and radiation therapy (often with hormone therapy). The goal is to see which one offers better quality of life, fewer side effects, and better cancer control. About 837 men will take part, and researchers will track their recovery, daily function, and overall well-being for years.
