First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests a catheter-based procedure that targets a nerve to treat heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). About 150 people with chronic heart failure will be enrolled to see if the procedure is safe and can improve symptoms like shortness of breath and exercise ability. The goal is to find a new way to manage this condition and identify who benefits most.
