Summary

This observational study is looking at whether Ferretab comp., an oral iron and folic acid supplement, can improve anemia and heart-related symptoms in adults who also have coronary artery disease or heart failure. Participants take the supplement for 12 weeks as part of their usual care, with check-ups at the start, after 4 weeks, and after 12 weeks. The study tracks changes in hemoglobin, exercise tolerance, well-being, and any side effects. Because it is non-interventional, it observes real-world use without changing treatment.
