Summary
This study looks at how much people with type 2 diabetes know about nutrition and how closely they follow the Mediterranean diet. Researchers will give questionnaires to 500 patients at an outpatient clinic. The goal is to see if better diet knowledge leads to healthier eating and better blood sugar control.
