Summary
This study looked at how well the combination of dabrafenib and trametinib works in real-life settings for people with high-risk stage III melanoma that has been completely removed by surgery. It included 39 adults in Turkey whose melanoma had a specific genetic mutation (V600E). The main goal was to see how long patients stayed cancer-free after starting treatment. This was an observational study, meaning researchers did not give the drugs but simply collected data from routine care.
