Summary
This study followed 216 people with COPD and other health conditions for up to 38 months. Participants used a mobile app to log daily symptoms and other health data. The goal was to find patterns that could predict when a person's condition might get worse, helping doctors intervene earlier. The study also checked if using the app was practical and easy for patients.
