Summary

This study tested a 5-week online group program designed to help parents and guardians of children with rare diseases. The program, called Rare Group Problem Management Plus, aimed to provide practical and emotional support to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Participants attended weekly 90-minute video sessions and completed surveys before and after the program to see if it was helpful.
