This study tests a new type of DCE-MRI that takes pictures faster and reduces blurring from movement. The goal is to see if it gives clearer images of gynecologic tumors than traditional MRI. About 24 women with gynecologic cancer and healthy volunteers will take part. The new scan uses a standard MRI machine and an FDA-approved contrast dye.
