Summary

This study tested whether radiofrequency therapy, pelvic floor exercises, or both can help women with stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). 239 women participated and were followed for one year. The goal was to see which treatment best improves muscle strength and quality of life.
