Summary

This study looked at whether radiofrequency therapy, pelvic floor exercises, or both can help women with stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). 239 women took part and were followed for one year. The goal was to see which treatment works best to improve muscle strength and quality of life.
