Summary
This study tested a radioactive drug called [225Ac]-FPI-1434 in people with advanced solid tumours that had not responded to standard treatments. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if it could shrink tumours. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited. Participants had cancers like breast, ovarian, or head and neck cancer.
