Zapping spots to keep cancer drugs working

Summary
This study is for people with metastatic breast cancer whose current medication is working well but who have a few new spots of cancer growth. Researchers want to see if using very precise, high-dose radiation on just those few spots can control them, allowing patients to safely continue their current medication for longer without having to switch to a new one. They will also check if blood tests can help guide these treatment decisions.
