Summary
This study tests a single injection of a drug called RABI-767, given through a scope into the area around the pancreas, for people with predicted severe acute pancreatitis. About 36 participants will be randomly assigned to get the drug plus standard care or standard care alone. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can prevent the condition from getting worse.
