Summary
This study tests a program called R-CITY that teaches students and teachers social skills like recognizing emotions and building resilience. The goal is to prevent violence and create safer classrooms. About 145 students and teachers from elementary and middle schools are taking part. The program adds extra lessons to an existing curriculum to see if it improves behavior and reduces suspensions.
