Summary
This study tests a group-based program called Promoting Positive Family Futures (PPFF) for families in Palestine. The program helps parents and their teenage children (ages 13-16) learn to manage emotions, resolve conflicts constructively, and build a sense of safety and support at home. Researchers will compare families who receive PPFF with those who get usual services, measuring changes in depression, anxiety, trauma symptoms, and family relationships over one year.
