Summary
This study follows 200 adults with advanced chronic kidney disease as they start dialysis, comparing those who choose home dialysis with those who go to a clinic. Researchers will track quality of life, frailty, fatigue, and mood through questionnaires and simple physical tests every few months for one year. The goal is to understand which approach may help patients feel better and stay stronger longer.
