Summary
This study follows 200 adults with advanced chronic kidney disease as they start dialysis, comparing those who do it at home versus in a center. Researchers track quality of life, frailty, fatigue, and mood through questionnaires and simple physical tests every few months for a year. The goal is to understand which dialysis setting leads to better well-being and less physical decline.
