Dialysis at home vs. clinic: which is better for your Well-Being?

This study follows 200 adults with advanced chronic kidney disease as they start dialysis, comparing those who choose home dialysis with those who go to a center. Researchers will track quality of life, frailty, fatigue, mood, and thinking skills every 3 to 6 months for a year. The goal is to understand which approach may help patients feel better and stay stronger.
