Summary

This study looks back at medical records to see how quality of life changed after parathyroid surgery in 60 adults with kidney failure and secondary hyperparathyroidism. Researchers will measure changes in physical and mental health using a standard survey. The goal is to understand if the surgery helps patients feel better day-to-day.
