Summary

This study looked at whether doing a specific leg exercise (quadriceps sets) can improve knee movement and reduce pain in people who had total knee replacement surgery. 36 patients between 40 and 60 years old took part. The exercise focuses on strengthening the thigh muscle to help with walking and knee stability.
