Summary
This trial tests whether adding a personalized, ultra-precise radiation technique called PULSAR to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy is safe for people with esophageal or gastro-esophageal junction cancer. The study aims to find the best radiation dose that can be given without causing severe side effects. Participants will receive the usual chemo and immunotherapy plus the new radiation schedule before surgery.
