Summary

This study tested whether a gentle brain stimulation technique called tDCS can make trauma-focused therapy work better for people with PTSD. 63 adults with chronic PTSD received either real or fake tDCS during therapy sessions. The goal was to see if the combination could reduce PTSD symptoms more than therapy alone.
