Summary
This study is testing a new therapy designed specifically for military veterans and service members who have both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and a traumatic brain injury. The treatment involves individual counseling sessions that focus on managing PTSD symptoms without requiring patients to relive their traumatic experiences. Researchers aim to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for 30 participants at Fort Hood, Texas.
