Summary

This study tests a non-trauma psychotherapy for military veterans and service members who have both PTSD and a mild or moderate traumatic brain injury (TBI). The treatment involves individual talk therapy sessions to help manage PTSD symptoms. The study will enroll 30 participants and track symptom changes using standard PTSD questionnaires.
