Summary

This study aims to reduce suicidal thoughts and behaviors in 100 adults with PTSD by combining two proven treatments: prolonged exposure therapy and a crisis response plan. Participants will receive either the combined therapy or prolonged exposure with standard care. The goal is to see if the combination works better at lowering suicide risk and PTSD symptoms.
