Summary

This study aims to reduce suicidal thoughts and behaviors in people with PTSD. Researchers are testing whether adding a crisis response plan to standard prolonged exposure therapy works better than therapy alone. About 100 adults with PTSD and suicidal thoughts will participate, and the study is currently recruiting.
