Summary

This study looks at stress and PTSD in Black teenage girls (ages 14-18) who have been involved with the justice system, along with their parents or caregivers. Researchers will test a mindfulness-based program to see if it helps reduce symptoms and understand what makes it easier or harder to use. The goal is to learn how to better support these teens and their families.
