Which talk therapy works best for troubled teens?

Summary
This study aims to see which of two common talk therapies—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Brief Strategic Therapy (BST)—is more effective for teenagers with anxiety, depression, or obsessive-compulsive disorder. Researchers will observe 192 teens aged 12-20 who are already receiving therapy as part of their regular care in Italy. They will track symptoms, self-esteem, and quality of life over time to understand what helps teens improve and which factors influence their recovery.
