Summary

This study looks at 70 young adults (ages 18-25) who face severe food insecurity and high psychological distress. Participants will receive either food assistance alone or food assistance plus psychological support. Researchers will track changes in food insecurity, anxiety, and depression over 12 months to see if adding mental health support improves outcomes.
